HSB 502, Requires health and dental insurance carriers to respond to a request for credentialing request within fifty-six (56) days and must provide a reason for a denial in writing to the provider. The bill also requires retroactive payment of clean claims made during the credentialing process.

HF 648(declared during 2025 session) Creates a host permit to allow dental providers to offer moderate sedation services through a third-party anesthesia provider without the need to obtain a moderate sedation permit themselves. (Previously HF 339)
