Dr. Zach Kouri
Dr. Kouri is a practicing dentist in Des Moines, Iowa. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and has been in practice for 19 years. His honors include being the president of the Des Moines District Dental Association in 2011, IDA President in 2021-2022, and receiving the IDA New Dentist of the Year Award in 2012.
President-Elect
Dr. Jordan Moffitt
Dr. Moffit is a practicing dentist in Eagle Grove, Iowa. He graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry and has been practicing for five years. Dr. Moffit values service and community involvement; he is a member of the Eagle Grove Rotary Club, and has volunteered for many years for the Iowa Mission of Mercy, providing free dental care to his fellow Iowans.

Dr. Lex Cashmore
Dr. Cashmore a is 2021 graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and completed graduate work in geriatrics and special needs in 2022. She is a 2020 IDF Scholarship recipient.

Brooke Frazier
Brooke Frazier is a rising D4 at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry (Class of 2024) and has been on the Dean’s list each year. She has been actively involved throughout her dental education and cherishes volunteer work. Some of her hobbies include running and going on walks.

Dr. Kyle Gagliardo
Dr. Gagliardo is a practicing dentist in Bettendorf, Iowa. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and has been in practice for 23 years. His honors include being awarded New Dentist of the Year in 2005 and Outstanding Service Award in 2013.

Dr. Ryan Hajek
Dr. Hajek is a practicing pediatric dentist in Council Bluffs. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry and has been in practice for seven years. His honors include being a Fulfilling Iowa's Need for Dentists (FIND) award recipient and receiving the IDA New Dentist of the Year Award in 2016, as well as serving as the current president of the Southwest District Dental Society.

Dr. Carolyn Larsen
Dr. Larsen is a Graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. Larsen has served as the Davenport District Dental Society Trustee to the Iowa Dental Association since 2019, after serving as the Davenport District’s President. She practices Dentistry at Innovative Dentistry and Park View Dental, as a dental partner and co-owner. She is has been admitted as a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, the International College of Dentists (ICD USA Section), and the American College of Dentists (ACD).
Dr. Larsen currently serves on the Iowa Dental Foundation Board of Directors, representing the Iowa Dental Association, and has participated in the IMOM in the past. She currently serves as an alternate Delegate for the Iowa Dental Association at the ADA House of Delegates. She has been an adjunct Professor at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. Larsen is passionate about Dentistry. The proud mother of three grown children (and their spouses), Dr. Larsen’s interests include spending time with her family and friends, swimming and travel.

Dr. Ben Lloyd
Dr. Lloyd is a practicing dentist in Davenport and a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. In 2019 he served as the local Iowa Mission of Mercy Chair when the clinic was held in Davenport.

Kaitlyn Tigges
Kaitlyn Tigges is a current 4th-year dental student at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and will graduate in the Spring of 2024. She has volunteered at Iowa Mission of Mercy for four years. In addition, Kaitlyn serves in a role for Admissions/Recruitment for the University of Iowa College of Dentistry giving tours and talking with prospective dental students.
